Obtained a B.S.A. Degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in Animal Science (genetics) soil science.

I was licensed in March of 1968 and with the exception of two months, have been licensed with NAI Goddard & Smith or its predecessors as to this date.

Prior to entering Real Estate, I operated a mixed vegetable, dairy and turkey farm,  Served as a court member for one year and Chairman of the court of Revision for school district 36 twelve years. I have served as a director and president of the Mutual Fire Insurance Co. of BC for 25 years.  I am presently the past president.

In my first year after the sale of several farms, I sold 410 acres in the Delta that is now part of the Tilsbury Industrial Park.  I have acted for Purchaser in the timber industry locally and from Japan.

Most recent large transaction was the disposal of 350 acres owned jointly by three pension plans for million.
