Scope Of Service
Ken has been in the commercial real estate industry for 24 years specializing in downtown office leasing until 1990. Thereafter, production has focused primarily on investment sale transactions. In addition to office leasing and investment sales, Ken's activities have included responsibility as vice president and general manager for a national commercial brokerage company. Then he participated as a partner with a successful regional brokerage firm during the evolution of that company into a national network of independently owned offices operating under a single corporate identity.
