Tim has been in the real estate industry since 1974 in various capacities including development, syndication, leasing and investment sales. As a leading realtor, he has received a number of prestigious sales awards. Much of his current focus is on Buyer and Tenant Representation.

Tim is also active in community service, serving as Mayor of his community and also as Secretary Treasurer of the Calgary Regional Partnership. The Partnership meets regularly and includes 19 jurisdictions including Calgary, the four surrounding Municipal Districts and neighbouring towns as far west as Banff and east to Strathmore, north to Crossfield and south to Nanton.  Regular meetings include the Mayors and Reeva of senior Council member as well as key staff employees of the various jurisdictions.
