Shane has recently specialized in the acquisition of value add properties in the Calgary market and surrounding communities.  Shane has acquired land, motels, industrial buildings, office buildings and shopping centers on behalf of specific clients and brought value through leasing, management, financing, development and construction services.



Education

Shane was educated in Alberta and British Columbia and graduated from BCIT with a marketing management diploma in 1997.



Background & Experience

Shane started at CB Richard Ellis in 1997 as a general assistant, also serving as a retail assistant and office leasing assistant before transferring to the Investment Division.  Shane moved to Calgary in 1999 and subsequently partnered into a local startup brokerage firm in 2001.  Shane later started Blackstone Commercial in 2005 which later merged with NAI Commercial (Calgary) Ltd in 2008.
