Jay is a Partner/Co-Founder of Blackstone Commercial with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management and leasing from neighborhood strip shopping centre developments to major regional shopping centre projects in both Calgary and Edmonton. Jay has developed and directed turnaround strategies in both urban and suburban retail settings with particular success in situation and site assessment, the development of site specific ‘go-forward’ strategies including plans of campaign and implementation through management team recruitment and assembly.
