In 1987, fresh from UBC I joined a small Industrial, Commercial and Investment real estate firm assisting a seasoned broker. I was licensed May 21, 1987 and completed my first transaction that same afternoon. In 1989 I coordinated the start up of a new brokerage firm and acted as nominee. In 1992 I joined the New Westminster branch of Goddard & Smith and have enjoyed a successful career since that time. |

| Every transaction I involve myself in, is significant to me. Assisting various clients, I perform 30 to 60 Lease or Sale transactions per year. Recently, I have assisted a client in the orderly sale of their family, commercial real estate portfolio consisting of 17 properties. |
