He has completed more than a billion dollars in transactions, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of investment retail, office, recreational properties and distress asset sales in British Columbia and Alberta.

    An established expert who provides his clients with expert, honest and ethical advice, Marshall’s vast experience in developing proformas for a variety of development scenarios assists his clients in completing accurate valuations from which to analyze their purchase and sales decisions.
