Conor has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 2005, advising clients on complex, high-value transactions across Metro Vancouver. A graduate of McGill University with a B.Comm in Finance, he applies a disciplined, analytical approach to investment and advisory work.
After a decade with DTZ Barnicke (now Cushman & Wakefield), Conor joined NAI Commercial in 2015, where he advises private investors, developers, and institutional owners.
His core focus is the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, along with development and land assembly opportunities. In parallel, he is actively involved in the leasing of office, retail, and industrial assets, giving him real-time insight into tenant demand, rental trends, and asset performance—an edge that directly informs his investment advisory work.
With experience spanning hundreds of transactions across multiple asset classes, Conor brings a cross-asset perspective and a structured, process-driven approach to every assignment. He is known for clear underwriting, strategic positioning, and executing transactions with certainty in competitive market conditions.
