Crosbie DesBrisay is a licensed commercial real estate broker specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Metro Vancouver. As a member of the NAI Apartments team, he has contributed to the sale of more than $50 million in multifamily properties, representing private owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings, mixed-use properties, and development sites.

Crosbie combines detailed financial analysis with an active, relationship-driven approach to the market. His work includes property valuations, financial underwriting, proforma development, marketing strategy, and direct outreach to qualified buyers. His advanced capabilities in Excel, along with experience using RStudio and Python, strengthen the team’s market research and investment analysis.

Crosbie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the UBC Sauder School of Business, with dual specializations in Finance and Real Estate. He brings strong market knowledge, analytical discipline, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for each client.
