Background & Experience
Josiah Cockrill specializes in development land and commercial sales and leasing across the Fraser Valley, where he has deep roots and strong relationships. After seven years with a boutique brokerage, he joined NAI Commercial in 2025. Since 2019, Josiah has already completed $250 million in sales and lease transactions, representing clients throughout British Columbia, including leading the City of Vernon’s largest industrial land assembly to date.
Josiah is committed to building long-term partnerships, uncovering opportunities through focused prospecting, and delivering results through detailed property and market analysis.
A former dual-sport collegiate athlete in hockey and basketball, Josiah earned a BBA in Operations Management from Trinity Western University. He lives in Langley with his wife and three children and enjoys family time, travel, and staying active in sports.
