Professional Experience

Kyle Dodman specializes in industrial sales and leasing across the Fraser Valley. Born and raised in Abbotsford, BC, he has a deep understanding of the market and strong connections with local business owners throughout the region.

Kyle joined NAI Commercial in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience from CBRE Limited and Frontline Real Estate Services. Since 2014, he has completed over $600 million in sales and leasing transactions, including more than 100 deals in Abbotsford alone. His expertise in client relations, financial modeling, and market strategy makes him a key leader in NAI’s Langley office.

Before becoming a commercial broker, Kyle worked as a mortgage officer for a leading commercial lender, providing him with a strong financial foundation that benefits his clients. Previously ranked as one of the top junior golfers in British Columbia, Kyle received a varsity golf scholarship to the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business in the fall of 2008. While playing for the Thunderbirds, Kyle developed a tremendous interest in commercial real estate which led to a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Urban Land Economics with a focus on sustainability.
