    Background & Experience

    Peter has completed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions over the past 20 years. He operates both locally in Vancouver and throughout British Columbia with an emphasis on sales in Western Canada/U.SA. He has been NAI Commercial’s “Top Producer” on multiple occasions between 1997 and 2015.  Peter joined NAI Commercial’s Vancouver office in 1993 after five successful years of experience with the commercial office of McRae Nichols. While there, he completed a wide range of both intercity and suburban transactions.

    Peter is a fifth generation Vancouverite who has practiced commercial real estate since 1988. He specializes in investment grade transactions, strategically generating value for his clients on unique commercial assets. Possessing a deep understanding of how to align an asset with the right purchaser, Peter consistently generates the highest possible value for each client.
